What is custom lighting?

Custom lighting refers to the exclusive design and production of lighting fixtures based on the client’s specific needs, space dimensions, interior style, and personal preferences. It can be customized across multiple dimensions, including style, size, color, material, and light source parameters.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom lighting?

The general minimum order quantity is one piece. However, there are exceptions:

For completely new designs that require developing a new mold, the minimum is 50 pieces.
For bulk orders for hotel, residential, or office projects, the minimum is also 50 pieces.
For simple modifications such as changing the paint/plating color or adjusting the length/diameter within ±30% of an existing model, the minimum is one piece.

How is the price for customization calculated?

Total Price = Material Cost + Processing Fee + Surface Treatment Fee + Design Fee (if a brand‑new design is required) + Mold/Sampling Fee + Packaging & Logistics Cost

How is the sampling fee charged?

The standard sampling fee is 10%–15% of the total order amount. For completely new designs, the fee is subject to separate negotiation. The sample belongs to you and will be shipped together with the bulk order or sent separately. Two rounds of revisions are included free of charge; additional revisions will incur extra fees. The typical lead time is 7–15 days for standard designs, and 15–25 days for complex ones.

Appearance fidelity: 90%–100% (the physical product will be largely consistent with the design drawings, and we can confirm this via video verification).
